Helix Labs Health, operated by Health And Life International Pte. Ltd, provides all products subject to the terms outlined below. By placing an order on helixlabshealth.com, you agree to this policy.
Shipping
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and operational requirements. Any shipping or delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Helix Labs Health has no control over the shipment and assumes no responsibility for delays, delivery failures, or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer immediately upon handover of the shipment to the carrier.
International customers are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws, regulations, and import requirements. This includes responsibility for any duties, taxes, or fees. If a shipment is delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed by customs or any authority, Helix Labs Health bears no responsibility and no replacements or refunds will be issued.
Order Accuracy and Cancellations
All customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their order details, including shipping address and product selection, are accurate at the time of purchase.
Orders may only be canceled if requested before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted under any circumstances.
Helix Labs Health is not responsible for failed deliveries or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances once an order has been shipped, except where required by applicable law.
Due to the nature of our products, returned items cannot be accepted, restocked, or resold. Any unauthorized returns will be refused or destroyed without credit.
If an order is received in a damaged or incorrect condition, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide sufficient evidence, including photographs and order details. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any claim.
Where a claim is verified at our sole discretion, Helix Labs Health may offer a replacement for the affected item only. Replacement is the exclusive remedy available. Monetary refunds will not be issued.
Helix Labs Health reserves the right to deny any claim where misuse, mishandling, or external factors are suspected.
